YES, YES, YES!! This place is just as exciting and delicious as the other locations!! What a great oasis for tea drinkers and others. We stopped here while traveling through Austin to visit family, and honestly, we stopped at HTeaO EVERY CHANCE WE HAVE. They have great service, well trained staff, and the stores are clean and stocked!! I can’t wait to go back!

I love this place, when life is hard and everything in your body is telling me to quit my job and move to Romania and live an alternative lifestyle, this HTeaO gives me just the boost in my day to keep going. But in all seriousness I have never had a bad experience here. The staff makes this place such a great environment, they keep all the teas stocked and I have never a problem where the teas taste abnormal. If you have read this long into my review then you should try 3/4 blueberry and 1/4 chai and an orange slice, its a great winter time tea.

HTeaO is fantastic! They have an amazing variety of tea! Our absolute favorite is the cherry tea! Staff is always helpful and friendly, just a great experience all around.

They have a fabulous selection of teas and even lemonade. You can add flavors and fruits too! There's hardly ever any waiting time at all. The staff is friendly and accurate as well.

This HteaO is one of the best locations. The service is quick, energetic, and prompt. Juliet is on top of things, is very professional and is amicable. I come here one or twice every week, and dont see that changing any time soon.

I can’t say enough good things about HTeaO and specifically this location-. All of their drinks are high-quality and absolutely delicious and I love that you can try them before committing to whatever you’re going to buy. The flavor combinations are endless and I have yet to try one of their to use that. I don’t absolutely love. And the employees at this location are always so happy and so kind. We went today for national tea day, and the place was packed. Thanks to be amazing specials. The store was clean. All of the tears were stocked and ready to go and Annabelle who was manning the register was doing a fantastic job at helping every customer and efficient but thorough manner. Keep up the awesome work! We make it in at least 3 to 4 times a week these days, can’t get enough!!

Great products great staff but the store is to cramped. If there was 1 more foot of space in front of tea dispensers this would be a 5 star review. Hopefully they can adjust. Reason 1 extra foot makes the difference is people who want to sample stop the flow and have to walk around the island. I tried 3 teas before I gave up and picked something I didn't prefer due to feeling rushed.

What’s not to like if your a Tea fan? Tried the Watermelon mixed with Unsweetened Decaf. Really nice product. Price seems fair. Employees are friendly. I walked in as it’s my first time. Will try drive thru next. Come here.
